There's some light infodumping, but it doesn't overload you and gets you the core of the fights quickly. There are no shortage of light hearted 'moege' out there, so why should you read this one? In the common route and the climax of each heroine route, there are some cool fighter plane fights and tournaments based on planes in real life.
